4x4 Axle Widening Low Loader

Designed and built to suit 65tonne ATM, from Grade 80 steel which delivers a strong trailer with lighter tare weight. For maximum stability, the deck widens from 2.5m out to 3.5m, with three alternative pin locations, to suit different machine widths. The Gooseneck is designed to transport machines further forward than other makes; this trailer gives maximum stability when loaded. Several options including Dolly combinations available.

4x4 Mid Tipping Deck Low Loader - 1 Steer Axle

The dimensions of this ‘Type 2’ Quad trailer are the maximum dimensions for a 4 axle Trailer built as a ‘go anywhere at any time’ unit. It incorporates 1 steering axle as required under NZTA’s latest policy. This means you can use the trailer for multiple pieces as well as under permit for 1 large load. The placement of the axles in relation to the forward length will allow you to transport a machine weighing at 34tonne, with a 120%VAI permit. The changes in dimensions allow the beaver tail to be longer and deeper, giving strength where its required, with a better loading angle. The Mid tipping Deck concept is designed for easy access to the top deck. A section of the bottom deck elevates to meet the tapered down top deck. This deck can have up to 12tonne loaded on it while elevated, or full capacity of the trailer when lowered. It is not designed to lift a load.
